At our apartment buildings in Stamford, residents get a lot for their money such as heat, water, cooking gas and parking all included in their rent. Also included is a state-of-the art fitness center on each property. This allows our residents to work out, release the stress of the day or just relax a little – a good value and one that saves them money on gym memberships. But if they ever need a change of scenery, living in one of our downtown Stamford apartment communities provides great opportunities to explore and exercise all at once!

Each of our apartment communities of Hoyt-Bedford, Morgan Manor or The Townhouse are located on a city block that provides great views and a great workout with gentle inclines, challenging  hills and flat stretches where you can catch your breath.

For instance, the Hoyt-Bedford Community on Hoyt Street offers a great walking route. Starting at our Leasing Office at 112 Hoyt Street, you can walk west to Morgan Street, turn right on Morgan and walk to Strawberry Hill Court. From there, turn right and walk uphill on Strawberry Hill Court. At the top of the hill, turn right onto Strawberry Hill Avenue where the street begins a slow decline and then turn right again onto Hoyt Street, walking downhill to the Leasing office.  There, you’ve just walked 0.85 of a mile! Do that three times and you’ll have walked a respectable two-and-a-half miles and seen some great views.
