By

New Haven Restaurant Week 20141029Residents of New Haven and the Seramonte apartments are looking forward to celebrating the first week of November by giving their taste buds a treat at the city’s restaurant week being held this Sunday, Nov. 2 through Friday, Nov. 7. More than 35 award-winning eateries in the area will offer internationally diverse options to suit every palette and will include prix fixe menus priced at $18 per person for lunch and $32 for dinner.

Although reservations are not required for this delightful week of dining out, they are strongly recommended. Click here for reservations.

Here are just a few of the restaurants you don’t want to miss:

  • Caseus Fromagerie and Bistro: Made using fresh ingredients and antibiotic/hormone-free meats, Caseus is one of the culinary gems of New Haven and will likely be one of the busiest locations during Restaurant Week.  Known for its artisan cheeses, Italian chocolates, delectable soups and an expansive selection of craft beer, this is one slice of New Haven you must experience next week.
  • Barcelona Restaurant and Wine Bar: Recognized earlier in 2014 by Nation’s Restaurant News as a “Breakout Brand”, Barcelona takes traditional tapas to a new level.  Aside from fantastic food, Barcelona blends the architectural influences of Spain, Italy, London and New York to create an ambiance that is comfortable and chic—perfect for a date night or evening out with friends.
