Pink pumpkinKnown as “Connecticut’s Sweet Spot,” Lyman Orchards is home to delicious apples, pears and pumpkins, as well as endless fall fun for the whole family! This October, guests are invited to play and explore a two-mile corn maze, pick their own fresh fruit in the orchard, enjoy a day on the award-winning golf courses or stop by the Apple Barrel marketplace to enjoy a tasty homemade treat.

In addition to the fall fun this October, Lyman Orchards is hosting several special events to fight back against cancer. Located about 20 minutes from the Seramonte apartment rentals in Hamden, Lyman Orchards is perfect for a quick day trip full of adventure and fun!

Children love navigating the many twists and turns of the towering stalks that make up the four-acre corn maze, a popular feature that is open for a limited time during the autumn months. Adults can also enjoy the nostalgia of the maze with its yearly 1960’s band theme, British Invasion. This year, an outline of the legendary members of The Beatles can be seen from the skies! Maze maps and corn cops will be on the scene to guide any lost explorers, so there is no need to worry about arriving safely back at home. Tickets to the maze are $5 for children ages four to twelve and $10 for adults. The best part? A portion of each ticket will be donated directly to the American Cancer Society. Read More→
