Children of Norwalk, CT apartments will have the opportunity to hunt Easter eggs and have a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny this weekend at the SoNo Marketplace Easter Egg Scramble. This annual event will be held, rain or shine, on Sunday, March 24, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Parents are reminded to make sure children have their Easter basket to hold the eggs they collect because each one has a special treat inside. For the grown-ups, a brunch/lunch menu will be served all day and you are invited to sit and enjoy some live jazz from 1:30pm – 3:30pm.

SoNo Marketplace is located at 314 Wilson Avenue in South Norwalk and is less than three miles south of the Morningside Gardens apartment community located on Prospect Street. The Marketplace offers a plethora of delicious food and unique goods from more than 50 local merchants and artisans under one roof. Stamford CT ApartmentsThis Friday, March 22, 2013, residents of Stamford, CT apartments will have the opportunity to view the latest gallery at the Loft Artists Association. “Transformations 2” is a show where artists transform older artworks, recycled household items and other goodies into beautiful works of art. This exciting show features creations from the Loft Artists Association’s members and will be exhibited in the second floor gallery until April 21, 2013.

A special opening reception will be held in celebration of “Transformations 2” on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Attendees to the gallery will see a variety of items reinvented including sea glass, newspapers, junk mail, old tools and organic gems from the sea and Earth.

The Loft Artists Gallery is located at 845 Canal Street and is open to the public on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday noon to 5:00 p.m. Read More→

Stamford CT ApartmentsSt. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and this Saturday, residents of Stamford, CT apartments will have the opportunity to celebrate by attending the 18th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Beginning at noon, this family-fun event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the spirit of the Irish.

Featuring a brand new route, the parade begins on Main Street at Columbus Park, proceeds east on Main Street and then takes a left onto Atlantic Street. From there it will head north on Atlanta, continue onto Bedford and turn right onto Walton Place, where the parade will end. Read More→
