apartments in New Haven CTSeramonte and Montoya are pleased to offer pet-friendly apartments in the New Haven area. Montoya has recently expanded its requirements to allow dogs up to 80 pounds in size. Seramonte has also become more pet-friendly, allowing cats and one dog in most of its buildings.

Each community made the transition to become pet-friendly based on the feedback of potential and current residents.

Montoya, which features spacious Branford, CT apartments, allows dogs up to 80 pounds in size. The community still has some restrictions on breeds, but the high weight limit is a rarity for the area. In addition, Montoya is close to the beaches of Branford, which are the perfect setting for both pets and owners to get a little exercise.
