lr-small-2-webLife cannot always be measured in full year increments, so, why do apartments only offer year lease agreements at an affordable price? Those that only need an apartment for three months can end up paying 25% more in monthly rent just to have this flexibility. Well, CTBestApts.com understands that it isn’t fair to penalize you just because you only need a place to live on a short term basis. So, at any one of their luxury Connecticut apartment complexes, you can get a three-month, six-month or even one-month lease without a drastic increase in the monthly rent.

This option is perfect for someone that has recently relocated to the area and is looking to buy a home – especially considering most of these communities offer spacious townhome apartments that can easily accommodate a family that is in the process of building or searching for a new home. Of course, sometimes it is only one person that needs the short term lease because they are a contract employee or a consultant for a local corporation. CTBestApts features many apartments near UBS, GE, RBS and other Stamford corporate offices, providing an easy commute to work. Read More→

The pool party is an annual event of these Hamden apartments, and this year’s turnout was fantastic. Residents enjoyed delicious food, beverages and plenty of poolside fun. Plus, it was a great way for new residents to meet their neighbors and get acquainted with the local community.
